4. Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching services focus on education, mindset, lifestyle, and general wellness support.

We do not:

  • Provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice
  • Diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions

You acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is not a substitute for professional healthcare or therapy
  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • All information you provide is accurate and current

6. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is selected
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are legally responsible for completing all payments
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access
  • Outstanding balances may be referred to collections where applicable

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, coaching, and memberships:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds, if granted, are at our sole discretion

This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Memberships & Subscriptions

If you enrol in a membership or subscription:

  • You agree to recurring billing (weekly, monthly, or as specified)
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription

Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
  • Access will continue until the end of the billing period

We reserve the right to modify or cancel membership offerings at any time.

9. Products & Supplements Disclaimer

Where we provide or sell physical products (including protein or supplements):

  • Products are intended for general wellness use only
  • You should consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a condition

We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Misuse of products
  • Failure to follow usage instructions

You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and ensuring suitability.
